Treasures of 4-H

 
 

4-H'ers are “Exploring the Treasures of 4-H”. Youngsters learn about some of the different curriculum within 4-H like: Science and Technology, Communication and Expressive Arts, Plants and Animals as well as Citizenship and Civic Education.

  Hawaii Plantation Village, Service-Learning Project  
 

AMR Teens Jerry and Matt Welch, James Routson, and Russell Nelson coordinated a service-learning project at Hawaii Plantation Village's taro patch for teens from AMR. The teens helped harvest, clean, and plant taro. They also had the opportunity to prepare taro chips.
